"I’ve been a client of Mr. Martinez for years without issues until I had to cancel my coverage after moving to a condo, which your office does not cover. At that time, your office mistakenly sent my apartment the wrong move out date, which resulted in me being charged for not having insurance. I reported this to Andrew back in June/July, and he admitted the office made a mistake and said he would email the apartment to correct it. However, the correction was never properly submitted. By August, when I followed up, I was told that “communications to our back-end team were lost in transit and never processed.” Because of this delay, my account was eventually sent to collections, and I was forced to pay fees out of pocket. Only today did I receive a document in the mail showing that my date was finally corrected, long after the damage had already been done and my account sent to collections. This situation was entirely caused by your office’s mishandling. I paid the financial price, lost significant time and energy, and was treated unprofessionally throughout the process."
